1990
PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Establishment
It started with the PAKTO 27/1988, which the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, Perum ASABRI, Pepabri, and relevant developers initiated. PT Bank Yudha Bakti, under the principle approval of the Minister of Finance on August 14th, 1989, started operating on January 9th, 1990.

1998
“A” Classified Title
Bank Yudha Bhakti, which was initially owned only by the main cooperative and the cooperative center within the TNI/POLRI and the Ministry of Defense and Security, was able to withstand the exposure of the monetary crisis that hit Indonesia in 1997. The bank seized positive opportunities and earned a category "A" Bank.

2001
2001 - Branch Opening in Java and Sumatera
Since 2001, bank is doing expansions continuously with opening Branch Office and Sub-branch Office in Java and Sumatra area.

2015
Going Public
On January 13, 2015, Bank Yudha Bhakti decided to go public by completing an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

2019
Akulaku Became the New Shareholder
After more than 30 years of serving the public with conventional banking products, Bank Yudha Bhakti is entering a new era by merging with PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia as a new shareholder through Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD).

On September 18th 2020, PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk officially held the title of Commercial Bank for Business Activities (BUKU) II. -
Changed Name to Bank Neo Commerce.
To support the bank's big aspirations, PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk decided to change its name to PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, in 2020."
