This relocation is part of an effort to better serve BNC’s loyal customers. Business Director of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), Aditya Windarwo, at the inauguration of the Pantai Indah Kapuk branch relocation, stated that as one of the leading banks with digital services in Indonesia, BNC is committed to providing the best service. One way is by relocating the Pantai Indah Kapuk branch to a more strategic location. “We hope that loyal BNC customers will find it easier to visit the branch directly to receive comprehensive banking services,” he said in an official statement on Friday (10/10/2025).

He added that Pantai Indah Kapuk remains BNC’s preferred location for its branch office due to its rapid development in recent years, making it a premium location for both business and residence.

On the same occasion, Aditya emphasized that with various financial products and services offered by BNC, both for individual customers, MSMEs, and corporations, BNC hopes to continue to provide financial services that can be a solution to all financial needs to the Indonesian people. Not only KCP Pantai Indah Kapuk, but it was still the same month at the end of September; BNC inaugurated the relocation of KC Medan. KC BNC Medan is now located at Jl. Glugur No.71A/1 (Jl. Gatot Subroto), Petisan Tengah, Medan, moving from its previous location in the Kampung Baru area, Medan. BNC relocated KC Medan to a more strategic location with a more modern and digitalized concept. This is one of BNC’s commitment efforts to continue to serve customer needs even better.

Aditya explained that Medan and its surrounding areas are an important and strategic area for BNC due to its rapid economic development and growth, which we see as BNC’s representative city on Sumatra Island. Medan and its surrounding areas have long been a promising region and a barometer of national economic growth, and BNC wants to contribute to this economic development by providing various digital-based banking services to various segments of society. “We are relocating our Medan branch to a more strategic location in the city center to make it easier for customers to access our banking services if they want closer, face-to-face service in a more modern and digitalized way.”

In terms of business, in 2026, BNC will increasingly focus on increasing penetration into broader segments, particularly the consumer and MSME segments. BNC also sees significant potential in the commitment segment. “In addition to increasing penetration into various segments, we will also strive to increase low-cost funds and encourage customers to engage in more active transactions,” he concluded.
