2. Enabling two-factor authentication: All internet users should be aware of the importance of enabling two-factor authentication. This is done to enhance application security. Enabling this feature on our devices and the various applications we use can minimize the possibility of our accounts being hacked by unauthorized parties.

3. Leveraging biometrics: The benefits of biometrics can improve time and operational efficiency without compromising system security. Biometric data can include fingerprints, facial recognition, iris recognition, or voice recognition. Biometric technology leverages the unique characteristics of each individual, achieving a very high level of recognition and accuracy. Therefore, enabling biometrics on our smartphones and the apps we use helps minimize the possibility of unauthorized access to our accounts.

4. Maintaining data confidentiality: It’s important to always remember to take other preventative measures, such as not sharing confidential data, from usernames and passwords to OTP codes, with strangers. Never share your OTP code with anyone to prevent your account from being hacked.
