Terms and Conditions

1. The Neo Coin Harvest Program ("Program") will run from 6 July to 31 July 2026.

2. This Program is open to all active customers of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk ("Bank") who have a neobank account and complete all of the following requirements:
a. Collect Neo Coins every day during the Program period.
b. Participate in at least 2 (two) July promotions available in the neobank application during the Program period.
c. Complete at least 3 (three) transactions through the neobank application using the eligible services listed in point 3.

3. Customers must complete all three requirements stated in point 2 during the Program period to be eligible for the following rewards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Winners will be selected by the Bank Neo Commerce Team based on internal verification using the following criteria.
a. The highest total accumulated Neo Coins collected during the Program period.
b. Participation in at least 2 (two) neobank promotions during July.
c. Completion of at least 3 (three) eligible transactions to earn Neo Coins.

5. Winners will be announced through the official Bank Neo Commerce social media channels and will be contacted to provide the required information for reward distribution.

6. Rewards.
a. Cash rewards will be credited to the winner's neobank account within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days after the winner announcement, provided the required customer information has been received and verified by the Bank Neo Commerce Team.
b. Merchandise rewards will be delivered within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days to the address provided by the winner and verified by the Bank Neo Commerce Team.
c. If a winner fails to submit the requested information within the specified deadline, the reward will be deemed forfeited.

7. Customers are advised to ensure a stable internet connection when participating in this Program. Only successful transactions recorded in the Bank's system during the Program period will be considered valid.

8. This Program is not applicable to Bank employees, their immediate family members, or the Bank's business partners.

9. All decisions, Terms and Conditions, winner selection, and any amendments or changes related to this Program are final and binding and cannot be contested. 

10. If the Bank identifies any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to deliberate system attacks, manipulation to obtain promotional rewards, forgery, fraud, or any other unlawful activity, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the reward and pursue legal action where applicable.

11. By participating in this Program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

12.
