5. Terms & Conditions: If the monthly quota has run out, the next user will not be eligible for a discount.

If BNC finds any form of fraud (including, but not limited to, intentional system attacks, promotional manipulation, or counterfeiting), BNC reserves the right to cancel the prize and pursue legal action simultaneously.To the extent permitted by law, BNC reserves the final authority to interpret the terms of this promotion.
