Terms and Conditions
 Participation Guidelines:

1. The “Nabung Untung NOW” program runs from September 1 – 30, 2025 with the following details:
   1. Promo for New Customers runs from September 1 – 30, 2025.
   2. Promo for Existing Customers runs from September 22 – 28, 2025.
2. This program applies to all customers of PT Bank Neo Commerce (“Bank”) under the following categories:
   1. New Customers: Customers who open a bank account through the neobank application and log in for the first time during the period September 1 – 30, 2025.
   2. Existing Customers: Customers who opened a bank account through the neobank application before September 1, 2025.
3. Each category will receive incentives according to the scheme determined by the Bank.
   1. Cashback will be given to customers who top up their NOW Savings account during the program period.
   2. Cashback will be credited no later than 3 (three) business days after the program period ends.
   3. Each customer is entitled to receive cashback only 1 (one) time during the program period.
4. Cashback quota is limited to:
   1. The first 750 new customers who top up a minimum of IDR 100,000 into their NOW Savings account.
   2. The first 20,997 existing customers who top up a minimum of IDR 100,000 into their NOW Savings account.
   3. Customers who have accessed the promo page during the program period.
5. The cashback amount will be calculated based on the difference between the total incoming transaction value minus outgoing transactions in the NOW Savings account during the program period.
6. If the Bank finds any indication of fraud in any form (including but not limited to system abuse, manipulative actions to obtain cashback, falsification of data, or other fraudulent acts), the Bank reserves the right to cancel the cashback and take necessary legal action.
7. The Bank reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice to Customers, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. All decisions made by the Bank regarding this program are final and cannot be contested.
