Program Mechanism

Visitors can participate in this program by completing specific activities via the Neobank app to receive instant rewards and chances to play the Dino Run game for a chance to win grand prizes.

Each participant who plays the Dino Run game and reaches a minimum score of 2,000 points will have the opportunity to win the following grand prizes:

Terms and Conditions

1. This promo is only valid on May 11, 2025, from 06:00 to 10:00 WIB, at the Neobank booth in Lapangan Sempur, Bogor.
    
2. The promo is open to all visitors who have an active account on the Neobank app.
    
3. Eligible transaction activities include:
    
   • Top-up of Neo NOW savings according to the required amount.
      
   • PPOB transactions including e-wallet top-ups, PLN payments, or mobile credit purchases via the Neobank app.
      
4. Instant rewards will be provided after transaction verification by the Neobank team on site.
    
5. Dino Run play chances are granted according to the transaction tier and are non-transferable or combinable.
    
6. Grand prizes will only be awarded to participants who achieve a minimum score of 2,000 points in Dino Run and record the highest score.
    
7. Rewards are available while supplies last and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
    
8. Each user is only entitled to one type of instant reward per eligible activity during the promo period.
    
9. The promo is not applicable to Bank Neo Commerce employees or any third parties involved in organizing the event.
    
10. Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right to cancel participation or rewards if any misuse, violations, or fraudulent activities are detected.
