Tournament Scheme

Community Qualifying Round

• Each community may choose one or more categories to participate in. The available categories are: Men Silver, Men Bronze, Women Bronze, and Women Lower Bronze.
• The qualifying round will be organized by each community (must be completed no later than November 9, 2025).
• Each qualifying round must be participated in by a minimum of 4 pairs (8 players) for each category selected by the community. Each participant may only represent one community and compete in one category.
• The Qualifying Round will follow the Best of 4 Match – with Golden Point format.
• Every participant in the qualifying round is required to complete the registration form available on the official Neobank Padel Tournament website at https://www.neobankpadeltournament.com
• For community name registration on the website, please contact: JMTV (0852 8267 3389).
• Each participant in the qualifying round is required to open an account with Bank Neo Commerce (BNC) and deposit a minimum of IDR 1,000,000.
• BNC will provide court time for 2 hours or reimburse up to IDR 1,000,000 per category for each community hosting the qualifying round.
• The winning pair from each category in the community qualifying round will receive a cash prize of IDR 500,000, credited directly to their BNC account, and will advance to the Top 16 Round, which will take place on November 16, 2025, at Smash Padel.
• Each community PIC must submit the court rental invoice and payment proof to the designated BNC PIC for reimbursement processing. The SLA for reimbursement is 7 (seven) working days from the date when all required documents are received completely by BNC.
• BNC will provide the necessary forms to be filled out for this process.

Neobank Padel Tournament (Top 16 Round)

The winning pairs from the qualifying rounds organized by each community will advance to the Top 16 Round, held on November 16, 2025, at Smash Padel, TB Simatupang.

In this stage, participants will compete in official matches, proudly representing their communities and showcasing their best performances!

Community Supporter Award

The community with the most enthusiastic and supportive fans throughout the tournament will receive a special award of IDR 5,000,000.

Door Prize

All participants from the qualifying round who maintain a minimum balance of IDR 1,000,000 in their BNC account from the account opening date until tournament day will be eligible to join a Lucky Draw for a chance to win a Tactical Racket Door Prize!
