Terms and Conditions of the Program

1. Customers must use neobank QRIS at selected merchants with a minimum transaction of IDR 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (WIB).
The following merchants are as follow:
a. Googleplay
b. Xcashshop
c. Ourastore
d. Takapedia
e. VYGamingstore
f. Tokogame
g. Indofazz
h. XL & XLPrio
i. Pulsabayar
j. Pulsalapak
2. Customers must conduct a minimum of 3 transactions per day for at least 5 days (not necessarily consecutive).
3. Winners will be determined based on the highest transaction amount. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the Customer who achieved the highest transaction amount earlier based on the transaction date.
Example:
○ Customer A accumulates total transactions of IDR 50,000,000 on March 5, 2026 at one merchant. Customer A has the highest transaction amount and fulfills all transaction requirements set by Bank Neo Commerce.
○ Customer B accumulates total transactions of IDR 50,000,000 on March 10, 2026. Although both A and B have the same transaction amount and are eligible to win the QRIS Top Spender Program, Customer A will be ranked 1st as the highest transaction amount was achieved earlier.
4. Prize Details:
● 1st Place: MacBook Air 13” (M4, 16GB, 256GB – Sky Blue)
● 2nd Place: Huawei Watch Fit 4 Pro
● 3rd Place: Google Play Voucher
Total Prize Value: IDR 22,045,500
5. All applicable prize taxes shall be borne by Bank Neo Commerce. Winners will not be charged any fees.
6. This program is not applicable to employees of Bank Neo Commerce.
7. If irregularities or suspicious transaction patterns are identified at a merchant owned by the Customer for the purpose of winning the prize, Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right to disqualify the Customer from the program.
8. Winners will be announced no later than 15 (fifteen) working days after the program period ends via Bank Neo Commerce’s official social media channels, push notifications, and email. Prizes will be distributed within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) working days after the winner's announcement.
9. Customers are responsible for ensuring optimal network conditions when conducting transactions. Only successful transactions recorded in the Bank Neo Commerce system during the program period will be considered valid.
10. Any decisions and/or amendments to these Terms and Conditions made by Bank Neo Commerce shall be final and binding upon Customers, provided they do not conflict with
applicable laws and regulations.
11. In the event Bank Neo Commerce identifies any form of misconduct (including but not limited to deliberate system interference, manipulation to obtain prizes, falsification, fraud, etc.), Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the prize and pursue legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
12. By participating in this program, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
