Terms and Condition

1. This program applies to all neobank customers who successfully invite friends to neobank using a referral code.
2. You can invite friends to neobank by using an invitation link or a referral code.
3. The inviting customer is referred to as the Inviter, while the invited customer is referred to as the Invitee.
4. The rewards to be received by the Inviter and Invitee are as follows:

5. Once your invited friend successfully opens a neobank account, your friend must log in at least once to the neobank app to be eligible for the cash reward.
6. If your friend opens a WOW deposit, you will immediately receive the cash reward. If your friend opens a FLEXI deposit, your reward will be effective 7 days after placement. If your friend withdraws the FLEXI deposit before the reward effective date, then the reward will be invalid.
7. If your friend successfully completes the new customer transaction mission, your friend is entitled to receive an additional reward. Terms and conditions of the mission are listed on the new customer transaction mission page.
8. Cashback will be sent to “Profile – Neo Rewards”, and Customers may then transfer the cashback to NOW Savings within 30 days after it is sent.
9. Expired rewards cannot be withdrawn. The reward expiration date can be seen on the “Profile – Neo Rewards” page.
10. Rewards are applicable in multiples per 1 valid invitation.
11. Each Inviter can receive a maximum of 15 invitation rewards per month.
12. If the Bank finds any form of fraud (including but not limited to intentional system attacks, manipulation to obtain promo rewards, forgery, fraud, etc.), the Bank may cancel the Promo at any time and pursue legal liability accordingly.
13. The Bank reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notification to Customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
14. Decisions, conditions, or changes related to this Promo are final and cannot be contested.
15. By participating in this promo, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
