Terms & Conditions:

• The Neovaganza Live Challenge is open to customers who watch the live stream on Bank Neo Commerce’s official Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Participants must complete a transaction as per the challenge requirements during the live stream.
• The challenge for the August 7, 2025, period is as follows:

  • Top up your Tabungan NOW balance via the link s.id/neolivenow shown during the live broadcast.

  • Make a transaction using one of the features in the Pulsa & Tagihan menu via the link s.id/livetagihan shown during the live broadcast.

• Participants must send their neobank referral code via Direct Message (DM) to @bankneocommerce on Instagram.

Winner Selection:

• Winners will be chosen based on those who have met the challenge criteria by completing the required transaction and submitting their referral code via Instagram DM.
• Winners will be selected by Bank Neo Commerce, and the decision announced during the live stream is final and cannot be contested.
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM for confirmation and prize distribution.
• Winners must provide the requested details within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Prizes will be distributed within 14 (fourteen) business days after the winner's details have been received by Bank Neo Commerce.
• Employees, employees' families, agencies, and third parties working with Bank Neo Commerce are PROHIBITED from participating in this challenge.

By participating in this challenge, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions. Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right to verify transactions and disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or rule violations.
