Terms & Conditions:
1. The Neoversary Live Challenge is open to customers who watch the live stream on Bank Neo Commerce's official Instagram and TikTok accounts.
2. Participants must make transactions according to the challenge requirements during the live stream.
3. The challenges required for the Neoversary Live period of January 7th, 2026, are as follows:

• Top up Tabungan NOW min. Rp1 Million

• Top up E-Money miinimal Rp300.000

• Buy phone balance Rp200.000

4. Participants must send their neobank referral code via Instagram Direct Message (DM) to the official @bankneocommerce account.

Winner Conditions

1. Winners will be selected based on participants who have fulfilled the challenge requirements, namely by making transactions according to the terms and conditions and sending the referral code via Instagram DM.
2. Winner selection will be made by Bank Neo Commerce, and the decision announced during the live broadcast is final and cannot be contested.
3. Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM for confirmation and prize delivery.
4. Winners must complete the requested information within the specified time limit. If a winner does not complete the information within the specified time limit, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and the winner will be disqualified.
5. Prizes will be sent no later than 14 (fourteen) business days after Bank Neo Commerce receives the winner's information.
6. By participating in this challenge, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
7. Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right to verify participant transactions and cancel any winnings if any indication of fraud or violation of the applicable terms and conditions is found.
8. Employees, their families, agencies, and third parties collaborating with Bank Neo Commerce are PROHIBITED from participating in this challenge.

These terms and conditions are hereby established for all participants in the Neoversary Live Challenge to comply with.
