Terms and Conditions

1. PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (“BNC”) hereby organizes the Invite Friends to Save NEOGREEN promotion (“Promo”) which will run from September 24, 2025 at 00:00 WIB until October 24, 2025 at 23:59 WIB (“Promo Period”).

2. This program applies to all new users who have never previously held any type of account with BNC (“New Users”).

3. New Users have the opportunity to receive a cashback reward of IDR 17,000 (seventeen thousand Rupiah) (“Reward”) by meeting the following criteria and steps:
a. During the Promo Period, New Users must open a NOW Savings Account and a Regular Savings Account (“Savings Accounts”) in the Neobank application by entering the referral code “NEOGREEN”;
b. After successfully opening the Savings Accounts, New Users are required to open a Neo Green Savings account and place a minimum of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) in the Neo Green Savings within no later than 7 (seven) calendar days after opening the Savings Accounts.
c. The funds must remain in the Neo Green Savings for at least 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of placement, and New Users must not withdraw or redeem the funds, either in part or in full.

4. New Users who meet the criteria in point (3) above are entitled to receive the Reward once (1x) during the Promo Period. The Reward does not apply in multiples.

5. The Reward quota is limited to the first 250 New Users only.

6. Reward Terms are as follows:

• The Reward obtained by New Users from this Promo will be disbursed within 35 (thirty-five) working days after the Promo Period ends or no later than December 12, 2025.
  a. The Reward will be sent to “Profile - Neo Rewards” and must be withdrawn to the NOW Savings Account within 7 (seven) calendar days after being credited.
  b. If the Reward is not withdrawn within the specified time, it will expire and be forfeited.

7. Expired Rewards cannot be withdrawn.

8. Promo Simulation:
a. A New User opens Savings Accounts and a Neo Green Savings account in the Neobank application on October 24, 2025 using the referral code.
b. The New User places IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) into the Neo Green Savings on October 31, 2025.
c. The New User holds the funds/does not withdraw any portion of the funds until November 30, 2025 (30 days).
d. After BNC conducts data checking and verification, the eligible New User will receive the Reward on December 12, 2025.

9. New Users are advised to ensure a stable network connection when participating in this Promo. Only transactions that are successfully completed and recorded in the Bank’s system during the Promo Period will be considered valid.

10. This Promo does not apply to customers who have previously opened a BNC account using a friend’s Referral Code.

11. BNC reserves the right to determine customer segments based on the most recent transaction data recorded in the system.

12. All decisions, terms, and changes related to this Promo are final and binding.

13. If BNC finds any fraudulent activity in any form (including but not limited to intentional system attacks, manipulation to obtain promotional rewards, forgery, fraud, etc.), BNC may cancel the reward at any time and pursue legal action accordingly.

14. By participating in this Promo, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
