Terms and Conditions Invite Friends to Neo Green

1. PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (“BNC”) hereby organizes the “Invite Friends to Save with NEOGREEN” promotion (“Promo”), which will run from September 1, 2025, at 00:00 WIB until September 28, 2025, at 23:59 WIB (“Promo Period”).

2. This program applies to all new users who have never previously owned any type of account with BNC (“New Users”).

3. New Users have the opportunity to receive a cashback reward of IDR 17,000 (seventeen thousand Rupiah) (“Reward”) by meeting the following criteria and steps:
   3.1. During the Promo Period, New Users must open a NOW Savings and Regular Savings account (“Savings Account”) on the Neobank application using the referral code “NEOGREEN”.
   3.2. After successfully opening a Savings Account, New Users are then required to open a Neo Green Savings account and place funds of at least IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) into the Neo Green Savings within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days after opening the Savings Account.
   3.3. The funds must remain in the Neo Green Savings for at least 30 (thirty) calendar days from the first placement, and New Users may not withdraw or liquidate all or part of the funds during this period.

4. New Users who meet the criteria in point (3) above are entitled to receive the Reward only once during the Promo Period, with no multiples allowed.

5. The Reward quota is limited to the first 250 New Users only.

6. Reward provisions are as follows:
   6.1. The Reward obtained by New Users from the Promo will be sent within 35 (thirty-five) business days after the Promo Period ends, or no later than November 14, 2025.
   6.2. The Reward will be sent to “Profile - Neo Rewards” and must be withdrawn to NOW Savings within 7 (seven) calendar days after being sent. If the Reward is not withdrawn within the specified time, it will expire and be forfeited.

7. Rewards that have expired can no longer be withdrawn.

8. Promo simulation:
   7.1. A New User opens a Savings Account and Neo Green Savings on the Neobank application on September 28, 2025, using the referral code.
   7.2. The New User places IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) into Neo Green Savings on October 5, 2025.
   7.3. The New User holds the funds/does not withdraw any portion until November 4, 2025 (30 days).
   7.4. After the BNC team checks and verifies the data, the eligible New User will receive the Reward on November 14, 2025.

9. New Users are advised to ensure optimal network conditions when participating in this Promo. Only transactions that are successful and recorded in the Bank’s system during the Promo Period will be considered valid.

10. This Promo does not apply to customers who have previously opened a BNC account using a friend’s Referral Code.

11. BNC reserves the right to determine customer segments based on the latest transaction data recorded in the system.

12. Decisions, terms, and changes related to this Promo are final and cannot be contested.

13. If BNC discovers fraud in any form (including but not limited to intentional system attacks, manipulative actions to obtain promo rewards, falsification, fraud, etc.), BNC may at any time cancel the reward and simultaneously pursue legal obligations.

14. By participating in this Promo, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
