Terms & Conditions:

• The Investment Foundation Webinar Challenge is open to customers who attend the webinar live via Zoom.

• Participants must complete transactions according to the challenge rules during the webinar.

• The required challenges during the Investment Foundation Webinar are:

  • Top up Tabungan NOW with a minimum amount of Rp1,000,000 at least once via the link shown during the webinar.

  • Submit a Neo Pinjam loan limit application via the link shown during the webinar.

• Participants may top up Tabungan NOW more than once to increase their chances of winning.

• Participants must send their neobank referral code via Direct Message (DM) to the official @bankneocommerce account.
  
   

Winner Selection Criteria:

• Winners will be selected from participants who meet the challenge criteria—completing a transaction or submitting a loan limit application as instructed, and sending their referral code via Bank Neo Commerce’s social media DM (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

• Winners will be chosen by Bank Neo Commerce and the announcement made during the live session is final and cannot be contested.

• Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM for confirmation and prize delivery process.

• Winners must submit the required information within the given timeframe. If a winner fails to do so, the prize will be forfeited.

• Prizes will be sent no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the winner’s data has been received by Bank Neo Commerce.

• By participating, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

• Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right to verify transactions and revoke a win if fraud or violation of the rules is suspected.

• Employees, their families, agencies, and third-party collaborators with Bank Neo Commerce are NOT allowed to participate in this challenge.

• These terms and conditions must be followed by all participants of the Investment Foundation Webinar Challenge.
