Participation Guide:

1. The Neo New User Special 8.8 promotion (“Promo”) will run from August 1 to August 31, 2025.
2. This program is valid for all new users (“Users”) who open a Bank Neo account via the neobank app using the referral code NEOSPESIAL88 during the promo period.
3. New users have the opportunity to receive a cashback reward of up to Rp300,000 by meeting the following criteria:

1. 1. Users are eligible to receive the cashback reward if they maintain (do not withdraw or liquidate) the assets for a minimum of 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days during the promo period.
   2. Eligible assets in this program include funds in Personal Savings, NOW Savings, Deposits, Gold, and Mutual Funds.
   3. The cashback amount received by users will depend on the minimum balance held for the 7-day period, according to the following tier:

4. Each user is entitled to receive the cashback reward only once during the Promo period.
5. Cashback reward quotas apply only to the first 800 users who successfully maintain their balance for 7 days.
6. Cashback will be distributed no later than 5 (five) business days after the promo ends.
7. Cashback will be sent to the "Profile - Neo Rewards" section. Users can then transfer the cashback to their NOW Savings within 7 (seven) days after it is sent. Expired rewards cannot be withdrawn, and the expiry date can be viewed in the "Profile - Neo Rewards" page.
8. Only transactions that are successfully processed and recorded in the Bank's system during the promo period will be considered valid.
9. This promo is not valid for Users who have opened a Bank account using a friend’s referral code.
10. If the Bank detects any form of fraud (including but not limited to deliberate system attacks, manipulation to obtain Promo rewards, forgery, fraud, etc.), the Bank reserves the right to cancel the Promo and take legal action.
11. The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice to Users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. All decisions, provisions, and changes related to this Promo are final and cannot be contested.
13. By participating in this Promo, Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
